We'll send you a prepaid return label. Print it, stick it on the box, and drop it at your nearest post office.

Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Return policy details
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Free prepaid return label
We'll email you a prepaid return label. Just print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
Received a damaged or faulty item? Email us with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
