A thermic base is designed to support fast and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. This helps provide consistent cooking performance when preparing vegetables, noodles, rice dishes, meat, seafood and other ingredients that benefit from relatively high-temperature cooking.

The 26cm diameter provides a useful cooking area without the bulk of a larger wok. With a listed capacity of 3.5 litres, it provides room for individual meals and smaller batches while helping ingredients remain easy to stir and toss during cooking.
