The MasterClass Cast Aluminium Casserole Dish is a versatile 2.5 litre cooking pot designed for efficient everyday cooking on the hob and in the oven. The 20 cm casserole dish is designed to conduct heat quickly and distribute it evenly across the cooking surface. Its stainless steel induction base allows the cookware to be used across a broad range of heat sources, including induction hobs.

A two-layer non-stick and scratch-resistant interior helps reduce sticking and supports easier food release. The non-stick surface also allows ingredients to be cooked with less added oil where appropriate. After cooking, the casserole dish is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
The included self-basting lid is designed with raised dimples that help return condensed moisture and cooking juices to the food during cooking. This helps retain moisture and flavour without requiring frequent manual basting.
