Product overview
Prestige Dura Forge Square Grill Pan 28 cm Aluminium Black Induction Compatible 5-Layer Non-Stick
The Prestige Dura Forge 28 cm Square Grill Pan combines a cold-forged aluminium body with a robust 3D stainless steel base for versatile everyday grilling on the hob. Its square 28 cm format provides a practical cooking area for preparing meat, fish, vegetables and other grilled dishes, while the ridged cooking surface helps create defined grill marks.
The pan features Prestige's five-layer Dura Resist non-stick interior, designed to provide easy food release, resist abrasion and simplify cleaning. The ridged surface also supports lower-oil cooking, making the pan suitable for users looking for a convenient non-stick grill pan for regular home cooking.

A key feature of the Dura Forge construction is its 3D stainless steel base. The reinforced base is designed to resist warping while promoting consistent heat distribution across the cooking surface. This construction also makes the pan suitable for induction cooking, in addition to gas and electric hobs.
The cold-forged aluminium body is shaped for strength and increased depth, while the stay-cool handle provides a more comfortable grip during stovetop use. The pan is oven safe up to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4, allowing food to be transferred from the hob to the oven when required. It is also dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
The Prestige Dura Forge grill pan is therefore suited to a wide range of everyday cooking applications, including grilling steaks, chicken, fish, burgers and vegetables, as well as searing foods that benefit from a ridged cooking surface. The manufacturer/product listings specify a two-year guarantee.
