The School of Wok Stainless Steel Wok Spatula is a traditional-style Chinese wok turner developed for controlled, efficient wok cooking. The utensil is particularly suited to uncoated carbon-steel woks, where a traditional stainless-steel wok spatula can be used to manipulate ingredients directly against the cooking surface. It should not be used with non-stick cookware, as the stainless-steel surface may scratch or damage the coating.
