The Wahl 19mm Ceramic Hot Brush is a corded hair styling tool designed to add volume, body, smoothness and definition while creating tighter curls, waves and flicks. Its 19mm ceramic-coated barrel is particularly suited to short to medium-length hair and can be used from the roots through to the ends.

The ceramic-coated styling surface is designed to provide a smooth glide through the hair while helping retain moisture during heat styling. The ceramic construction also supports even heat distribution and is intended to help reduce the frizz associated with conventional heat styling.

The hot brush uses PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) quick-heat technology and reaches a maximum temperature of 200°C, allowing it to reach styling temperature quickly. Wahl's professional catalogue confirms the Wahl as the 19mm version of the Hot Brush, with the 26mm offered as the alternative larger barrel size.

The 19mm barrel is useful for creating tighter curls and defined waves, while the brush-style bristles can help detangle hair, add lift at the roots and smooth the overall shape. For best results, hair can be divided into sections approximately 1 inch thick and 2 inches wide before the brush is applied from the roots toward the ends. The selected section can then be rolled and held for approximately 15–30 seconds depending on hair thickness.

A 2.5 m 360-degree swivel power cord provides freedom of movement while helping prevent the cable from becoming tangled during styling. The integrated hanging loop provides a convenient storage option while the appliance cools after use. A cool-touch tip provides an additional handling point during styling.
