Zep Grout Sealer Spray is a 500ml ready-to-use grout protection product designed to create a tough, water- and stain-resistant coating over grout joints. It helps reduce the penetration of water, dirt, grease, grime and other everyday contaminants, making it suitable for maintaining tiled surfaces in bathrooms, kitchens, showers and other interior areas.

The convenient spray application makes the sealer straightforward to apply to clean grout without specialist tools. Zep recommends testing the product first in an inconspicuous area, cleaning the grout thoroughly, then spraying liberally over the grout joints from approximately 10–15 cm away to achieve full coverage. Any excess product should be wiped from the surrounding tile surface with a clean, dry cloth.

Once applied correctly, the product forms a clear protective coating intended to help keep grout looking cleaner for longer. The clear finish can be used over different grout colours, although Zep specifically advises that the product is intended for grout joints, with excess sealer removed from tiles. Zep does not recommend using the sealer to coat unglazed tiles because it may alter their appearance or produce an uneven finish.

The 500ml aerosol format is suitable for household tile-maintenance projects where additional protection against water and staining is required. It can be used on tiled surfaces including ceramic, porcelain and stone, making it a practical choice for grout around shower areas, bathroom floors, kitchen floors, backsplashes and other interior tiled spaces.
