The Ariete Da Gennaro Electric Neapolitan Pizza Oven is a high-temperature countertop appliance designed for preparing authentic-style pizza at home. With a powerful 2200W heating system and an adjustable temperature reaching up to 430°C, this electric pizza oven helps create crisp pizza bases, soft interiors and well-browned toppings.
The removable refractory stone measures approximately 32 × 32cm and absorbs moisture from the dough while retaining and distributing heat during baking. The oven is designed to cook pizza in approximately two minutes under suitable operating conditions, making it convenient for preparing individual pizzas for family meals and gatherings.

Two independently controlled heating elements allow the upper and lower heat to be adjusted according to the recipe. Three cooking positions provide upper heating only, lower heating only, or combined upper and lower heating. The adjustable temperature control and 60-minute timer offer flexibility for preparing different types of dough and baked dishes.
The oven features a viewing window and an internal light, allowing you to monitor cooking progress without opening the door unnecessarily. Its three-knob control panel provides straightforward operation, while the black painted steel exterior offers a practical countertop design.
In addition to Neapolitan-style pizza, the Ariete can be used to prepare pinsa, flatbreads, focaccia and other suitable baked foods. The included aluminium pizza peel helps transfer pizza to and from the hot stone, while the pizza cutter simplifies serving.
