Makita 40V Max Li-ion XGT Interchangeable Adapter Set

The new 40V Max XGT platform may use the DC40RA charger to charge both the LXT slide-type battery and the new XGT battery in as little as 28 minutes, introducing XGT, a new 40V independent system. A program that is already present in the XGT line of tools and batteries enables digital communication between the battery and the tool, enabling both the battery and the tool to converse with one another. For use with the Makita DC40RA 40V Max XGT Fast Charger (not included) to charge Makita LXT sliding-type batteries (not included), the ADP10 Interchangeable Adapter Set was created specifically for this purpose. When used with the ADP10 Interchangeable Adapter Set, the Makita DC18RC and DC18RD chargers' charging performance is comparable to that of the DC40RA Fast Charger. The light on the DC40RA indicates the charging status. Charging times for LXT batteries are approximately 15 minutes for 1.3 Ah and 1.5 Ah, 24 minutes for 2.0 Ah, 22 minutes for 3.0 Ah, 29 minutes for 4.0 Ah, and 40 minutes for 5.0 Ah and 6.0 Ah. Not compatible with G-Series batteries.
