With an adjustable fitting range of 31–45 cm, this large adult blood pressure cuff provides a suitable replacement option for users with larger upper arm circumferences.
Manufactured using latex-free and metal-free materials, the cuff is designed for convenient everyday blood pressure monitoring. Its adjustable fastening helps secure the cuff around the upper arm during measurement, while the integrated inflatable bladder and air connection allow it to work with compatible A&D Medical blood pressure machines.

This A&D Medical replacement cuff is specifically compatible with the UA-611, UA-651 and UA-651SL blood pressure monitors. It is not compatible with the Plus range, including the UA-611Plus, UA-651Plus and UA-651SLPlus models.
Choosing the correct blood pressure cuff size is important for obtaining reliable measurements. Measure the upper arm circumference before selecting a replacement cuff and ensure the monitor is clinically validated.
For routine monitoring, avoid exercise, caffeine, alcohol and smoking for 30 minutes before taking a measurement. Sit quietly for 5–10 minutes, keeping your back straight, feet flat and legs uncrossed. Position the cuff securely on the upper arm, rest your arm at heart level and avoid talking or moving during measurement.
