The Imperia Pasta Facile 600 is an electric motor accessory designed to make fresh pasta preparation easier by converting a compatible manual Imperia pasta machine to powered operation. Instead of turning the pasta machine's hand crank continuously, the motor drives the rollers at a consistent speed, allowing the user to concentrate on feeding, guiding and handling the pasta sheet.
