Measuring 40 x 28 cm and offering a 5.3 litre capacity, this rectangular roasting pan provides a practical cooking surface for everyday oven roasting.

The roasting tin features an electroplated carbon steel construction described as warp- and rust-resistant, together with a premium Quantum II non-stick layer designed to help prevent food from sticking and make cleaning easier. The supplied product details also specify that the non-stick finish is PFOA, PTFE and BPA free and that the pan is dishwasher safe.
