Product overview
Tala Performance Fluted Tart Tin 20 cm Carbon Steel Eclipse Non-Stick Coating Loose Base Black
The Tala Performance 20 cm Fluted Tart Tin is designed for reliable home baking, combining heavy-gauge carbon steel construction with a double-layer Eclipse non-stick coating. Its round shape and fluted edges create an attractive finish for homemade sweet and savoury tarts, flans, quiches, pastry cases and desserts.
The loose base helps release baked goods from the tin with less risk of damaging delicate pastry. The robust carbon steel construction supports efficient heat distribution, helping pastry bake evenly and develop a consistent texture. The non-stick surface facilitates food release and makes cleaning easier after baking.
