The unglazed ceramic surface absorbs excess moisture from the dough while retaining oven heat. Preheating the stone before cooking helps establish a hot baking surface, supporting more consistent results and reducing soft or undercooked areas in the pizza base. The stone is suitable for family-sized pizzas and measures approximately 33 cm in diameter.

The included serving stand makes the hot pizza easier to carry from the oven to the table and helps retain warmth during serving. Its carrying handles also provide a practical way to move the stone and pizza once cooking is complete.
