Changed your mind? Returning UK orders to BuysBest is really easy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery or collection as long as product is unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase

Unfortunately for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund on any Health and personal care / Health and Beauty Care unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains undamaged. Items sent back incomplete, missing parts or damaged will not qualify for a refund

Items bought online and would like to return please ensure that you have contacted prior to returning your item.

Items bought in store, must be returned in Store.

We do not offer free return on change of mind or items no longer needed.

Returns methods for Faulty Items, If you have a faulty electrical item, If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

After 30 days, we’ll repair the product as long as it’s within the terms and conditions of our warranty.

We’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items purchased during Clearance and Price Match events.

If you return products which are outside our returns policy, or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a full refund, so please keep so your receipt or despatch note.

Credit card : If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order

PayPal : If you paid online using PayPal and return your item at our store, we can refund your PayPal account straight away. Please make sure you have your order confirmation or delivery note with you.

If you send your item back to us by courier, Royal Mail or Hermes Parcelshop, we’ll process a refund to your PayPal account once we receive your return.
