Lansinoh Hot & Cold Breast Therapy Packs are reusable breastfeeding accessories designed to provide flexible warm and cold therapy during the breastfeeding and pumping journey. Previously known as TheraPearl, these breast therapy packs are designed to fit comfortably inside a bra using the supplied soft fabric covers.

For cold therapy, place the reusable packs in the freezer for a couple of hours before placing them inside the covers. The flexible design remains pliable when frozen, allowing the packs to conform comfortably to the breast. Cold application can help provide relief from discomfort, pain and swelling associated with breast engorgement, plugged ducts and mastitis.

For warm therapy, the packs can be heated in a microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds or warmed in a hot, non-boiling water bath. Warm therapy can be used to encourage let-down and promote milk flow, which may help reduce pumping time. When used with a breast pump, the warmed pack can be wrapped around the outside of the pump funnel and secured using the fastener.

The reusable packs are supplied with two soft, washable fabric covers for comfortable application. They are BPA-free, BPS-free and latex-free, making them suitable for regular external use when used according to the supplied directions.

For safe use, always test the temperature before applying the pack and use for approximately 20 minutes at a time. The packs are intended for external use only and should not be punctured, ingested, used on infants or applied to open wounds or stitches.
