The Beurer Speaking Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic digital blood pressure monitor designed to make regular blood pressure measurement easier at home. Its integrated voice guidance provides audible measurement results in addition to the information shown on the clear digital display.

The voice output is available in German, French, Italian and Dutch, with individually adjustable volume. The voice function can also be switched off when silent operation is preferred. This makes the monitor particularly convenient for users who benefit from audible instructions or spoken measurement results.

The monitor performs automatic blood pressure and pulse measurement on the upper arm, with automatic pressure preselection and deflation. Its arrhythmia detection feature can identify possible irregular heart rhythms during measurement and provide an indication on the display.

For households with two users, the monitor provides two separate memory areas, each capable of storing up to 60 measurements. It also calculates average values from stored measurements, as well as morning and evening blood pressure averages over the previous seven days.

A coloured risk indicator provides an easy-to-understand classification of the measured blood pressure values. The large, clear digital display makes the results easy to read.

The supplied cuff fits upper-arm circumferences from 22 to 36 cm. An optional larger cuff covering 35–44 cm is available separately. The monitor is battery powered and supplied with four AA batteries, making it convenient for use at home or while travelling. A storage pouch and blood pressure record are also included.

The monitor can also be used with the beurer HealthManager Pro app for digitally recording blood pressure values, where supported.
