The School of Wok Wok Star 10.5″/27cm Non-Stick Carbon Steel Wok is a compact flat-bottom wok designed for everyday stir-frying, sautéing and Asian-inspired cooking. Developed for the School of Wok range associated with chef and cookery instructor Jeremy Pang, the wok combines carbon steel construction with a non-stick cooking surface and a traditional bamboo handle.

At 27 cm in diameter and approximately 3 litres in capacity, this compact wok is particularly suitable for preparing individual or two-person portions. Its relatively small footprint makes it practical for standard domestic kitchens while retaining the sloped-sided shape and broad cooking surface associated with wok cooking.

The 1.2 mm carbon steel body provides responsive heat transfer, making the pan suitable for high-temperature stir-frying and quick cooking. The flat bottom provides stable contact with the hob and allows the wok to be used across a range of cooking surfaces, including induction, gas and electric hobs.

The integrated non-stick coating is designed to make food release and cleaning easier than an uncoated carbon steel wok. The bamboo handle provides a natural appearance and comfortable handling, while its detachable construction allows easier storage and handling. The handle is finished with Danish wood oil according to product specifications.
