The Silverline paintbrush is a good tool for any trade professional and home DIY user. The synthetic brush allows for the paint to dry quicker, however, it is best to choose between natural and synthetic as to how and what you want to paint. It can be used for a multitude of paint jobs for emulsion and oil-based coatings including varnish, wood, stain, and lacquer. The wooden handle has a nice long handle for a good grip and it has a hole at the top perfect for hanging or tying a string around for identification purposes. It has solid round filaments that taper from the base to the tip. Supplied as a single unit.
