Zep Driveway, Concrete & Masonry Cleaner is a concentrated liquid cleaning solution formulated for the effective cleaning of outdoor hard surfaces. It is designed to help remove difficult oil, grease, dirt, grime, stains and moss from driveways, patios, pathways, paving, asphalt, concrete, brick and masonry.

The concentrated 1-litre bottle provides an economical cleaning solution for residential and commercial outdoor maintenance. At the standard light-soil dilution, mix 250ml of cleaner with 5 litres of hot water, producing up to 20 litres of working solution and covering up to approximately 50m² under the stated application conditions. For heavier soils, Zep specifies a stronger dilution of 500ml per 5 litres of hot water. 

The fast-acting formula is intended to break down stubborn surface contamination, including oil and grease commonly found on driveways, garage approaches, parking areas and other traffic-exposed surfaces. It can also be used to clean weathered paving, concrete and masonry where dirt, grime and moss have accumulated.

The cleaner can be applied with a brush or pump sprayer and worked into heavily soiled areas with a deck brush or floor scrubbing machine. It is also compatible with most pressure washing equipment, making it suitable for larger outdoor cleaning projects. After application, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with a hose or pressure washer. The solution should not be allowed to dry and contact time should not exceed 10 minutes.

For safe and effective use, always test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area before treating the complete surface. Zep specifically advises against use on painted or stained surfaces, aluminium, brass, chrome, copper and other alkaline-sensitive surfaces.
