Zep Purple Degreaser Concentrate 1L is a highly concentrated heavy-duty degreasing solution formulated to tackle heavy build-up of grease, dirt, grime and soot. Designed for demanding cleaning tasks, it can be used on floors, walls, machines, tools and other suitable hard surfaces.

The concentrated formula provides flexible dilution depending on the level of contamination. Zep’s official product instructions specify dilution with water from 1:1 for heavy build-up, 1:4 for heavy contamination and up to 1:50 for light contamination. This makes the 1-litre bottle suitable for both intensive degreasing and more economical routine cleaning applications.

Zep Purple Degreaser can be applied using a mop, brush or pressure washer. For heavier deposits, apply the diluted solution, scrub as required and allow it to work for approximately 5–10 minutes before rinsing with water. The product should not be allowed to dry on the surface.

The formula contains no hazardous solvents and is specified by Zep as suitable for iron, steel and most painted surfaces.
