Each saucepan features a substantial hot-forged base designed to distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface. The set is suitable for induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and solid-plate hobs, giving it broad compatibility across different kitchen setups. Judge also specifies oven use up to 180°C, including the lids.

The included shatterproof vented glass lids make it easy to monitor food while cooking. The integrated vent allows steam to escape and helps reduce overboiling. The pans also incorporate internal measuring guides, allowing ingredients and liquids to be measured directly inside the cookware.
