BetterYou Magnesium Original Bath Flakes provide a convenient mineral-rich bathing experience using magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes sourced from the natural Zechstein magnesium deposit. The unscented white flakes are designed for use in warm baths and footbaths as part of a relaxation and muscle-care routine.

Each 1kg pack contains magnesium chloride hexahydrate at a concentration of up to 47%, providing 120g of elemental magnesium. The flakes dissolve into warm bath water to create a magnesium-rich soak that can be incorporated into evening relaxation, post-exercise recovery or general muscle-care routines.

For a full body bath, add 250g of Magnesium Flakes, approximately two cups, to warm bath water and relax for around 20 minutes. For a footbath, add 150g, approximately one cup, to around 5 litres of water and soak for approximately 20 minutes.

The fragrance-free, unscented formulation contains no artificial colours, artificial flavours, parabens or preservatives. The product is vegan and palm-oil derivative free, making it suitable for customers seeking a simple mineral bath additive without added fragrance.
